Tania Gerard. ADHD UK Ambassador

I’m Tania Gerard, TEDx speaker, podcast host of ADHD Founders Unfiltered, and the founder of Tania Gerard Digital UK, where I specialise in neurodiversity training and accessible marketing strategies.

I’M A DEDICATED ADVOCATE WITH REAL EXPERIENCE

Having ADHD and autism myself, I know firsthand the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals face. Through my previous marketing career I worked my way up to the top of the ladder but had to make a choice – to stay and let my mental health deplete or take a step back, learn my ADHD and autism and return to the industry well rested and educated. I took a step back and through research and training (IAAP & ADDCA), I realised I wasn’t alone. My service was then born and since then we have helped 100’s of people understand neurodiversity and how they can create effective accessible marketing , reaching 100% of their audience, not just 70%. I work with well-known brands across the UK and US providing tailored workshops and training that help neurodivergent individuals thrive in the workplace.

MY WORK GOES BEYOND TRAINING

Through my work and advocacy, I aim to create a world where neurodivergent individuals are not just accommodated, but celebrated for their strengths – I want acceptance to be the norm one day. My approach integrates theory with real-world scenarios in an interactive and easy-learning way. I’m passionate about bridging the gap of communication between employee and employer.

I’M HERE TO ADVOCATE, INSPIRE, AND EMPOWER

Becoming an ADHD UK Ambassador allows me to combine my personal and professional insights to raise awareness, advocate for change, and create spaces where ADHD is understood and respected. I’m not here to make neurodivergent people fit into a neurotypical world. I’m here to help others embrace their neurodivergence, thrive, and bring their full selves into everything they do as well as educate neurotypicals that every brain is unique and special, whether they are neurodivergent or neurotypical.

Through this role, I aim to raise awareness, drive meaningful change, and ensure that ADHD individuals feel safe, valued and understood in their personal and professional lives.

This isn’t about fixing anyone. It’s about helping others embrace their neurodivergence, find strategies that work for them, and build a supportive community where everyone can understand their brains and live a healthy and happy life.

Together, we can change the narrative around ADHD and create a world that works for all of us.
