Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m a radio and TV broadcaster who also happens to have Combined ADHD!

In my professional life, I’ve worked in radio for over 20 years, presenting shows including Heart Drivetime with JK, Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and my own show on Heart Dance.

I’m also an event host, having taken to the stage at the DJ Awards in Ibiza, British Summertime in Hyde Park, the Regent Street Christmas light switch on, West End Live and many more.

I’m also currently a presenter for QVC, and will soon be launching a podcast aimed at over 40’s parents!

My ADHD diagnosis came about in 2022, when I was 43 years old. Upon diagnosis, I felt instant relief and that my chaotic life suddenly made sense. However, it has also been difficult to navigate at times, as I’ve found myself grieving the life I ‘could have had’.

I want to be an Ambassador for ADHD UK to help other late diagnosed women navigate their own journey and also as a Mother, I feel a responsibility to try anf help children with ADHD feel accepted in a world that frequently misunderstands them.
