Mireia Roberts Martinez. ADHD UK Ambassador

Hi everyone, I’m Mireia, and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 18 years old. Since then, I’ve been passionate about understanding the mind and advocating for others on similar journeys. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and a First-Class Honours degree in Public Relations.

Currently, I work in high-profile events in London, and outside of that, I run an Instagram platform called The Flourish Femme Project—a space dedicated to empowering women and young girls with ADHD and celebrating neurodiversity.

I founded this platform in 2024, the same year I began competing in pageants—something I’ve grown deeply passionate about and continue to be involved in today. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me at music festivals, trying new things, or planning my next travel adventure.

I want to be an ADHD ambassador because I know what it feels like to grow up masking, feeling misunderstood, and trying to fit into systems that weren’t built with neurodivergent minds in mind. I believe representation matters, and I want to be the voice I wish I had when I was younger, especially for girls and women whose ADHD often goes unseen.

I want to help break the stigma, raise awareness, and show others that ADHD doesn’t hold us back, it just means we thrive differently.
