2022.03.11 Women and ADHD Support Group with Katherine Mengardon

My website, pro facebook (with articles I have written about my personal ADHD experiences) and email

The following are personal recommendations:

Women with Attention Deficit Disorder by Sari Solden (worth looking for it on ebay for cheap copies, or get on audiobook!)

But she also has a podcast and more to check out.

Other great resources not mentioned on the call, but that I would like to recommend:

Jessica McBale’s How to ADHD YouTube channel – fun, well researched and bitesized – great to learn more but also share with those around us that might need ‘educating’

ADHD for Smart Ass Women podcast – for a boost in confidence!

Access To Work – government grant to support people with mental health conditions into or in work

Headstuff – coaching services, can help you with doing Access To Work forms too

Some useful resources on the ADHD UK website:

Diagnosis pathway – something you can send to your GP if they keep telling you that ADHD is only ‘for kids’ or such things

Or send them to the NHS website that talks about adult ADHD!
