Sleep strategy. Reading in bed with a kindle.

  1. To help corral the thoughts in a busy ADDH brain many report reading and using the engagement of the story to help flow into dreams and sleep as useful. Many also report that using a dedicated kindle (epaper rather than a screen) useful in providing less distractions of a device and useful in that if you fall asleep with the book it keeps your page.
