Adult ADHD Self Screening Tool
In response to the widely considered viewpoint that adult ADHD is under-diagnosed, meaning people with the condition are not getting the help they need, the World Health Organisation and the Workgroup on Adult ADHD generated a screener survey. This survey is designed to be done by individuals on their own to give an indication if they might have ADHD and could therefore would benefit from further clinical analysis. Only a clinician can accurately diagnose ADHD.
Any score 4 or above on the survey below suggests you could benefit from asking your Doctor to review if you have ADHD.
You can take the survey in the box below. Or click here to open a new window.
