Management Training

For general managers, line managers and HR staff

ADHD at work from an employer's point of view: an introduction to ADHD, its challenges and successes, the ADHD at work welfare pack as a management tool, how to have a successful conversation about ADHD with an employee, and adjustments that help. Open format, with questions taken throughout and a Q&A at the end.

What is included

  • An initial meeting about your requirements
  • A presentation tailored to you, sent for your feedback and sign-off
  • A walkthrough meeting before the session, if you would like one
  • Training and Q&A for up to 2 hours, delivered online or in person

Extra options

  • +£100 for a recording to use internally
  • Travel expenses for in-person sessions outside London

ADHD Workshop for Managers and Line Managers

An in-depth, practical workshop

An in-depth and practical look at managing employees with ADHD. It combines presentations, guided learning, group discussion and break-out activities, giving a depth of understanding and tools that have an immediate positive impact on the workplace and on workplace relationships. In person only, because of the workshop elements.

  • A workshop customised for you, sent for your feedback and sign-off
  • A walkthrough meeting before the day
  • Four sections, each with a workshop element; questions taken throughout
  • Travel time within London or up to 1 hour outside London

Questions employers ask

Who delivers the talks and training?

Talks and training are given by the CEO and co-founder of ADHD UK. Coaching is delivered by coaches with recognised coaching qualifications who are additionally trained and vetted by ADHD UK.

Online or in person?

The two talks and Management Training can be online or in person. The Workshop for Managers is in person only. In-person sessions outside London add travel expenses.

How many people can attend?

Talks: up to 100 people, with extra seats at £200 per 100. Management Training: up to 20. The Workshop: up to 15.

Can we record a session?

Yes. For £100 you can have a recording of a talk or Management Training to use internally.

Is it tailored to our organisation?

Yes. Every talk and training session starts with a meeting about your requirements. The presentation is tailored to you and sent for your feedback and sign-off.

How do we pay?

Once we have agreed the details with you, we invoice your organisation.
