James Haskell (b. 1985) is an English former rugby star, a DJ, a podcaster and an author. Since retiring from rugby in 2019, amongst other things, he has written three books and started and finished a career in mixed martial arts (MMA). He was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 8 years old.
