Rebecca Argent. ADHD UK Ambassador
Hi everyone, my name is Rebecca and I was diagnosed with ADHD at 27. I always knew I was different but had no idea why.
One day a work colleague asked me if I’d ever considered being tested for ADHD, I spoke to my GP and received a diagnosis a year later. I finally felt like I’d found my missing piece and my life finally made sense.
Since my diagnosis I have been working to advocate for people living with ADHD by running free workshops that aim to educate people on topics such as ‘The differences of ADHD in Women & Girls’ and ‘How to support people with ADHD’. I also create free downloadable worksheets that people can use to help with a range of things such as task management & habit tracking.
I am honoured to be able to play a role in the amazing work ADHD UK do every day to support people living with ADHD.
