My name is Taz, and I am a proud parent of a child with SEND, which fuels my deep commitment to advocating for greater understanding.

I am the founder of The H Foundation, a grassroots non-profit charity built on six core values: Humanity, Help, Home, Heal, Hope, and Health. Our mission is rooted in connection, compassion, and community-led change, ensuring families receive the support they need, when they need it most.

Becoming an ambassador for ADHD UK allows me to use my platform to raise awareness, reduce stigma, highlight important issues, and advocate for greater inclusion and support. I am excited to embrace this role and contribute to making a meaningful impact within the community.

As a member of the South Asian community, I am especially committed to challenging stigmas and breaking down barriers that often exist around neurodiversity. Together, we can drive positive change, foster understanding, and build a more supportive society for those living with ADHD.
