I’m Jon, an ADHD advocate based in Brighton & Hove. Diagnosed later in life, I focus on increasing awareness of inattentive ADHD and addressing the inequalities that leave many adults undiagnosed or unsupported.

As an ADHD UK Ambassador, I want to challenge stereotypes, reduce diagnostic bias, and help make ADHD understanding fairer and more inclusive.
