Vicky Cooper. ADHD UK Ambassador

For years, Vicky navigated a world that didn’t quite seem built for her. Like many neurodivergent adults, she spent a long time trying to “fit in,” struggling with challenges she couldn’t yet name. Everything changed, however, when she saw her own traits reflected in her children.

This “mirror moment” was the catalyst for Vicky’s own ADHD diagnosis. It didn’t just provide her with answers; it transformed her relationship with her children. Because she truly understands how they feel and how they experience the world, she has spent years as a fierce advocate for their needs and education, ensuring they have the support she didn’t have growing up.

Driven by a desire to turn her lived experience into a professional lifeline for others, Vicky trained to become a Level 5 Coach Practitioner last year. Her impact was immediate; by helping dozens of people navigate their own neurodivergent journeys this year, she found a deep sense of purpose and happiness.

Now, as an ADHD UK Ambassador, Vicky is on a mission to bridge the gap in support. Her ultimate goal is to secure funding that makes professional ADHD coaching accessible to everyone for free. Vicky believes that support should never be a luxury, and she is dedicated to ensuring that every individual—regardless of their financial situation—has the tools to thrive.
