Rachael Lemon. ADHD UK Ambassador
Rachael Lemon is an executive ADHD and neurodivergent-affirming coach working with late-diagnosed women in senior and professional roles, particularly within healthcare.
With over 20 years’ experience in pharmacy and national healthcare leadership, she has worked with organisations including NHS England, regulators, and professional bodies. Her work now focuses on helping high-achieving neurodivergent professionals understand their executive functioning, reduce burnout, and lead in a way that aligns with how they actually think and operate.
Certified, with a deep understanding of how lived experience shapes leadership and identity, Rachael’s approach sits at the intersection of ADHD, executive functioning, and real-world leadership. She focuses on what happens after diagnosis. The part no one really prepares you for.
She is the founder of LemonAIDing™ and Editor-in-Chief of EmpowHER, where she writes and speaks on ADHD, leadership, and the lived realities of neurodivergent women navigating complex systems.
She is an ADHD UK Ambassador, with a particular focus on how ADHD shows up in high-performing professionals and the gaps that still exist after diagnosis.
