Anthony Murray. ADHD UK Ambassador
I’m Anthony Murray, a life sciences growth and marketing leader based in Kent. For most of my career I’ve helped clinical research, medtech and health organisations translate complex science into clear, credible communication – building programmes that improve engagement, trust and real-world adoption.
I received my ADHD diagnosis in 2024. It gave language to patterns I’d lived with for years and reinforced how uneven access to understanding, support and compassionate systems can be. I’m becoming an ADHD UK Ambassador because I want to use both lived experience and professional skills to help reduce stigma, raise research literacy, and advocate for practical improvements in how ADHD is recognised and supported across the UK.
I’m particularly motivated to contribute to awareness and advocacy work, support evidence-led storytelling, and champion initiatives that help families, adults and clinicians navigate ADHD with clarity and dignity, while actively supporting ADHD UK’s fundraising goals.
