Ross Chambers is a commercial leader, executive coach, and co-founder of Neuro NEDs, a consultancy focused on helping organisations and individuals unlock the potential of neurodiversity.

With over 20 years’ experience across financial services and automotive, Ross has held senior leadership roles spanning sales, operations, and strategy. He is currently Chief Commercial Officer at Finclusion, a UK motor finance lender focused on improving access to fair and responsible finance for underserved customers.

Alongside his corporate career, Ross has built a growing platform supporting leaders, professionals, and families navigating neurodiversity in real life, not just in theory. He was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, a moment that reframed much of his personal and professional journey. He is also a father to two neurodivergent children, giving him a deep, lived understanding of both the challenges and the strengths that come with thinking differently.

Through Neuro NEDs, Ross works with businesses to move beyond awareness into meaningful action, while also supporting individuals with practical tools, structure, and confidence to perform at their best. His approach is grounded, honest, and focused on what actually works day to day, whether in the workplace or at home.

As an ADHD UK Ambassador, Ross is committed to raising awareness, challenging outdated perceptions, and helping more people feel understood, supported, and able to succeed on their own terms.
