Running the charity. Campaigning. Responding to Media. And everything else costs to do. We recieve no governemt funds and are entirely reliant on personal donations to do all that we do.

In joining us an Ambassador we ask that you also fundraise for us. With a target of at least £500 each year.

You can do that via fundraising or via direct donation. If donating you can donate as a one-off or on a monthly basis.

Please consider donating to support our work. We’re working to positively change what it means to have ADHD in the UK. We need your help to do that.

We receive no government funds. Fundraising is extremely difficult because of the economic climate and because of the discrimination and stigma that means many can’t be out and ask for fundraising sponsorship.

That means any donation you give is extremely valued. It is the only way we can do the work we do. Thank you for considering it.
