This program is specifically designed for organisations looking to support an employee with ADHD. It provides optional support available to their line manager.
The sessions aim to provide significant support for employees with ADHD and their line manager. They are sold as a package. Coaching is delivered by coaches who have recognised coaching qualifications and have then been additionally trained and vetted by ADHD UK

Session 1: Scope
(1 hour)
Initial discussion with HR/Line Manager on the challenges and spending time on the coaching areas of focus. Answering any questions on the coaching process.
There is an option for the coachee to join for an all parties discussion on the challenges and coaching areas of focus.
Session 2a: First Session Coachee
(1.5 hours)
A detailed personal discussion of the ADHD challenges and how they are impacting work.
Enabling the employee to talk freely and privately about the issues.
Agreeing on a target list and going through them.
Going through a short consolidated course on ADHD to create a foundation of ADHD knowledge to work from.
Undertaking a baseline mental health assessment using the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale.
Session 2b: First Session Line Manager
(1 hour)
An in-depth structured briefing on ADHD from the perspective of an employer (c. 45 minutes)
An open Q&A about ADHD and the individual management situation. Answering questions and providing guidance (c.15 minutes)
Weekly Coachee Sessions
(1 hour x 12 sessions)
These are bespoke sessions focused on the individual and their coaching goals. Building strategies and introducing tools to support. Interweaving with the “ADHD Learning Journey” to provide a knowledge base for those strategies and tools. The ADHD Learning Journey is an information series for an individual with ADHD to understand their ADHD and how it impacts their work, how it affects how others perceive them, and core ADHD foundational knowledge on which to build ADHD strategies for success.
Monthly Sessions: Line Manager
(30-60 mins * 3)
Discussion and review of agreed coaching goals and their progress.
Q&A and provision of any requested management tools and guidance.
Conclusion Session
(1 hour)
The last session reviews and wraps up coaching. It :
– Reviews target achievements and the overall change;
– Undertakes a new WEMWBS score and compares to the original;
– Provides advice and tools to continue progress ongoing;
