October is ADHD awareness month. Get Active4ADHDUK anyway you want – by walking, running, skipping, swimming, yoga, meditating or cycling, make this Active challenge individual to you, whilst raising vital funds for ADHD UK and be a part of positively changing what it means to have ADHD in the UK.
Remember to let your sponsors know of your daily activity completion via JustGiving by updating the ‘Share Your Progress’ box within your fundraiser.
Fundraising Goal
We’re partnered with justgiving for fundraising. When you set your goal please try for a minimum goal of £50. That means fundraising just over £1 a day! Or think about how much you think you can raise each day and multiply by 31. E.g. £2 a day = £62 goal.

Can I join the Active 4 ADHD UK Fundraising challenge at any time?
The campaign is running throughout October and November. Start anytime in October (ADHD Awareness Month) and keep going for 31 days.
Is there a minimum fundraising requirement for this challenge?
We ask all participants in the Active 4 ADHD UK Challenge to strive towards a minimum fundraising target of £50 . But there is no formal minimum – just have a go and have fun!.
I'm completing the Active challenge, but I’m struggling to get sponsors to donate to my fundraiser. Any tips?
