Automatic morning playlist.
- Help your morning routine with an automatic playlist. Songs to know when to pack up, when to leave the house. Help regularise your morning and create an audible reminder of where you are in time to help you be on time.
- A great way to do this is create a playlist and set it to start at a certain time. You can then line up particular songs for when you have particular actions needed. Like “Work Work” from Britney Spears to get you out the door to work.

It sort of helped for a short while, but then I started ignoring it. Can’t seem to override my own mind! |
