Education on ADHD at work for General Managers, Line Managers or HR staff. It covers an introduction to ADHD from the perspective of an employer, the challenges and successes of, introducing the management tool that is our ADHD at work welfare pack, how to have a successful conversation about ADHD with an employee, and finally adjustments that help. This is open format learning where questions can be taken throughout with an additional Q&A section at the end. The cost includes:

ADHD Workshop for Managers and Line Managers (up to 15 people per session) [4 HOURS]
This workshop is an in-depth and practical investigation into managing employees with ADHD. It combines engaging presentations, guided learning, group discussions and break-out activities. The aim is to provide a depth of understanding and tools that together have an immediate positive impact on the workplace and on workplace relationships.
- An initial meeting discussing your requirements.
- Preparation of a customised presentation for you. This is then sent to you for feedback and sign off.
- A pre-speech meeting walkthrough
- 4 hours, including a lunch break. Generally, we run this from 10am to 2pm.
- The workshop includes a mix of directed learning, discussive learning, thought exercises and analysis. The day is broken into four sections with a workshop element in each section. Questions are taken throughout.
- In person only. The workshop elements of this mean we do not offer this virtually.
- Pricing includes travel time for London or upto 1 hour outside London. Additional travel costs otherwise apply.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT: EMPLOYEE AND LINE MANAGER SUPPORT
Structured Dual Support Package for Employees with ADHD and their line manager.
This program is specifically designed for organisations looking to support an employee with ADHD. It provides support available to their line manager.
The sessions aim to provide significant support for employees with ADHD and their line manager. They are sold as a package. Each package is 20 hours of coaching. Coaching is delivered by coaches who have recognised coaching qualifications and have then been additionally trained and vetted by ADHD UK.

Individual Employee Personal Coaching
One-to-one coaching to support an employee in building both self-awareness and the bespoke strategies that together make a significant positive difference to their overall well-being and their work success.
You can build the number of coaching sessions you want with a minimum of 6 sessions. The most common number of sessions bought (and our reccomendation) is 12 sessions. Many opt to purchase a block of 6 with the awareness that they might purchase another block later.
One-to-one coaching to support an individual in furthering self-awareness, understanding of how ADHD impacts them, and in building bespoke strategies that together make a significant positive difference to overall well-being and their work success.
Blocks can be company-financed, self-financed or used with Access to Work funding and is applicable to anyone looking for an individual ADHD coaching package.

Employee support & Line Manager support via drop in advice clinic
Talking about all aspects of employment and ADHD. Talking about the use of the ADHD at work welfare pack. Discussing strengths and challenges of ADHD. Strategies and tools for individual circumstances. Regularly scheduled with questions done on a first come first served basis. Has the additional benefit of listening to other people’s challenges and learning from those.

A broader discussion of ADHD and its impacts. The charity operates drop in sessions once or twice a week. These open forums benefit from learning from others.
