West End star Darren Day, 56, has described receiving an ADHD diagnosis in February as life-changing — within just five days of starting treatment, he felt his mind “quiet” for the first time in two decades and regained focus. Previously diagnosed with conditions including borderline personality disorder and bipolar II—and having battled addiction—Day says ADHD was “the missing piece” in his mental health journey.
He revealed that, before the diagnosis, he was taking 17 pills daily and had reached a low point, but now he’s keen to use his platform to help others find similar clarity
