Hadeeqa Bibi is a Clinical Pharmacist, ADHD Specialist and Coach based in the UK. She brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to supporting individuals with ADHD through her clinical work, lived experience and practical coaching. Alongside her clinical role in assessing and supporting adults with ADHD, she also helps individuals develop evidence-based, real-world strategies to better understand and manage their day-to-day challenges.

Hadeeqa is passionate about helping people understand their brains in a way that reduces shame, builds self-trust and empowers lasting change. Her work takes complex clinical concepts and translates them into clear, relatable and actionable tools that people can apply in everyday life, whether that means managing overwhelm, improving focus or creating sustainable routines. Her approach is strengths-based, compassionate and practical.

As an ADHD UK Ambassador, Hadeeqa is committed to raising awareness, challenging misconceptions and advocating for more accessible, compassionate and practical support for people with ADHD. She is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between diagnosis and ongoing support, so that individuals are not left to navigate ADHD alone.
