Help us help change the world for those with ADHD

We take your commitment seriously and have a number of ways in which you can get involved. See below for some ideas.

Funds are essential for us to change the world for those with ADHD. We’ve got plenty of fundraising ideas and support for you. Click the button below to learn more.

Become an ADHD UK Advocate

We’re looking for people to get involved in our mission to change what it means to have ADHD in the UK. There is an enormous amount to do around our five pillars of – support, information, research, awareness and advocacy.

Advocates are people who want to get involved in our work. They may have particular skills, may have influence in an organisation or group, or simply be someone impacted from ADHD. Advocates also get involved in helping to fundraise for the charity with a broad target of £1,000+ per annum.

If this sounds of interest to you and you want to learn more please get in touch to learn more about becoming an ADHD UK Advocate.

Become an ADHD UK Ambassador

If you have a national profile or are in a position of significant leadership or influence within a large organisation (over 1,000 employees) then we’d love to talk to you about becoming an Ambassador.

Our expectations of you are: to become part of the conversation on ADHD, to support our efforts to change attitudes around ADHD and to build awareness of the condition. If appropriate to explore fundraising opportunities.

In exchange you can have expectations from us: providing you, as appropriate , with information and learning on ADHD, keeping you up to date with the latest in ADHD, supporting you in your organisation with ADHD learning (including giving speeches and other education in your organisation as relevant), and any other support that makes sense.

Ambassadors can also come through the advocate route. We aim to recognise advocates who’ve worked with us and created significant change.

Join our Press Interviewee Panel

We need a broad range of perspectives and experiences – so whatever your story do consider joining. You need to be happy to talk and have good general availability to respond quickly to any requests.
