  1. Help your morning routine with an automatic playlist. Songs to know when to pack up, when to leave the house. Help regularise your morning and create an audible reminder of where you are in time to help you be on time.
  2. A great way to do this is create a playlist and set it to start at a certain time. You can then line up particular songs for when you have particular actions needed. Like “Work Work” from Britney Spears to get you out the door to work.

Sounds like a good idea, I'll have a look to see if Alexa can be set up to play a playlist, I wonder if it can also be set up so I remember which song relates to what activity...

It wouldn't work for me - I hate noise, especially in the morning. But if you like music on, then it might suit some people

I haven't tried this yet but I really think this would work for me.

Used to do this regularly but not for a longtime and cometely forgot about it. Set now for am and pm

I've done this subconsciously with the CBeebies theme tunes in the morning so I can keep track of getting my children to school. All great until the CBeebies schedule changes!

Love it. When the music comes on I know I need to jump into action. It also helps me know when I am starting to run late. If I hear a certain song and should already be nearly leaving I know I need to hurry.

Sounds a fun way of regulating organisation.

I have already tried this (having thought of it myself) in an attempt to reduce my time spent in the shower. Certain artists signalling a change in the part of the shower routine for my OCD. It sort of helped for a short while, but then I started ignoring it. Can’t seem to override my own mind!
