Referral and contact
Referral and shared care
Shared care required: Yes (reported by the provider)
Shared care
“Once a patient is stable on medication, we ask the GP to take over prescribing under a shared care agreement. Elixir Medics keeps clinical oversight and provides ongoing specialist review.”
How to get referred
“Patients need a GP referral under NHS Right to Choose. They can ask their GP to refer them to Elixir Medics for adult ADHD assessment, and the GP can send the referral through NHS e-RS. We don’t accept self-referrals at present. There is no waiting list, and we aim to offer a same-week appointment once the referral paperwork is complete.”

How the provider's usual waits have changed
Provider-wide reported waits, not separate figures for NHS areas. Newest first. Each bar runs from a date to where the wait reported then would reach on the calendar.
One row per month for the last 12 months, then one per quarter. A gold bracket shows the lowest and highest figure within that month or quarter. Paler rows are older snapshots from our previous website: changes between them may be missing.
